Interpretive Comments: IgG precipitins to Aspergillus fumigatus are associated with hypersensitivity pneumonitis and allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA). Patients with ABPA may also demonstrate increased total IgE and IgE antibodies specific to aspergillus fumigatus.
