Critical Information Required:  
Storage & Shipment: Specimens are to be shipped/transported within 1 hour of collection to the Flow Cytometry Laboratory at Victoria Hospital at room temperature.

Samples must be received and processed within 24 hour of collection by the Flow Cytometry Laboratory.

Peripheral blood samples are to be sent within 1 hour of collection to the Flow Cytometry Laboratory.

Apheresis products are to be sent to the Blood Transfusion Laboratory for processing. Contact the Blood Transfusion Laboratory at (519) 685-8500 x 58292 for instructions.

Once received by the Flow Cytometry Laboratory, samples are to be stored at 4oC.
