Collection Information: This test must be booked in advance with the Pathology Lab as a Technologist must be present to accept the samples.

Three samples are required:
- 1 for EM in 2ml vial of 2% glutaraldehyde, labeled with green label
- 1 for immunofluorescence in vial of immunofluorescence tissue fixative, labeled with red label
- 1 for light microscopy in small container of 10% formalin
Requisition: Powerchart: eOrder choosing appropriate specimen

Call 519-685-8500 x 32956 or email Pathology@lhsc.on.ca stating Physician, location, date and time of biopsy.
A confirmation email will be sent.
