Special Processing: 1. Pipette 0.5 mL of freshly drawn CSF from collection tube (on ice) into cold pyruvate tube containing 1 mL of 8% perchloric acid (PCA).
2. Mix and spin in cold centrifuge.
3. Aliquot supernatant into clean transport tube.
4. Freeze immediately at -20°C.
5. Send frozen sample to Biochemical Genetics Laboratory
